Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a set of 12 intensive training that focuses on building new behavioral patterns (habits). It consists of 20% of theory and 80% of practice. It includes weekly content and weekly challenges:
Weekly Content
- Video materials,
- Interesting articles,
- Blogs connected with topics of the next training. This way participants are introduced to a new topic beforehand which allows us to have more time to put theory into practice.
Weekly Challenges
It is a concrete challenge for participants with the main focus on the transference of acquired knowledge and skills of every day (work)life.
Example: use ABCD problem-solving model with your team to solve an actual/current problem that you are dealing with.
kick-off
The bootcamp starts with a kick-off meeting (6 academic hours) where we get to know each other, set up expectations and agree on bootcamp standards that apply to everyone. We also set the tone of communication and methods of work for the whole process.
intensive training
The kick-off is followed by 12 intensive training (4 academic hours) where we learn and train new skills. Weekly challenges and contents are supportive tools with which we make sure that the habit-building process is active. This way we also maximize the time to train in our training session. Training is on a weekly or two-weekly basis.
closing event
At the end of the bootcamp we do a theoretical and practical test for the participants. The purpose of this is to make sure participants showcase their new knowledge and skills (sometimes to top management).
At the closing event we reflect on the learning journey, and key takeaways and plan how to use the skills in future.
SUPERVISION
It is recommended that the bootcamp is followed up with 4 – 8 supervisions where we reinforce the new behavioral patterns and share know-how on how to implement them in the work, relationships, and life.
