Being a fan of simplicity and practicality, I make sure that you are not overloaded with information but instead, we take enough time to train the theoretical concepts. I follow the 80:20 rule which means 20% of theory and 80% of practice.
methods of work
All methods of work can be done online (Zoom platform), offline (conference room or location of the company) or hybrid.
Individual coaching
Is a goal-focused method that gets you from point A (current state) to point B (desired state). The coach helps an individual to find the right answers through questioning. It is done 1 on 1.
team coaching
The coach supports the team by providing a clear structure in order for team members to find solutions that are right for them. The coach is making sure the communication space is open and that the psychological needs of individuals are satisfied. It is done with the whole team, including the team lead.
Workshops
50 % of the time is invested in acquiring new knowledge and 50 % in practicing theoretical concepts to develop or upgrade skills. Workshops are intended for participants to gain new knowledge and skills in various areas such as communication, efficient time management, personal agility, effective meetings, etc.
Training
It is similar to a workshop with the main focus on training the theoretical concept in practice (80 % of the time). Concrete organizational problems and issues are used to practice.
Supervision
It is a process to resolve potential dilemmas and challenges that occur in the work environment. The supervision process ensures that participants use the knowledge in everyday work and have a support group that keeps them motivated.
Bootcamp
The focus is on developing a new pattern of behaviors to guarantee a long-lasting result and culture change. It is a pre-designed set of training, connected in a longer and more in-depth approach.
Long-term impact
I am interested in producing sustainable programs and long-lasting results.
I like working with business partners that are aware certain amount of energy and time is needed in order to create a long-lasting impact and develop new organizational habits. This is achieved by developing self-regulation skills.
Self-regulation is a mental process by which we respond to various stimuli from the internal or external environment to establish balance. Self-regulation consists of 3 steps:
Self-awareness
Self-control
Self-discipline
Because of its importance self-regulation is integrated into all educational programs and represents the underlying psychological mechanism.
Measuring the ROI
I am a big fan of the evidence-based approach which is even more important when we are dealing with so-called »soft skills«.
As a certified ROI methodology practitioner, I encourage business partners to measure the impact of training and coaching on key business results.
Before starting the educational program we define »What success means to us?« and »How will we know we have accomplished the goal?«
For his purpose, we use the V model.
V-model:
The impact is measured in 5 levels:
Reaction and planned action
Satisfaction and relevance of the content, usability, intention to use new knowledge, recommendations to others.
Learning
New knowledge, competencies, skills and abilities, self-confidence when using knowledge.
Application
Learned behaviors, frequency and quality of used skills, application, weekly challenges implemented and opportunities and barriers to use the skills in practice.
Business results
The impact of everyday use of knowledge and skills on the business results (higher quality, lower costs, higher income and productivity).
Return of investment - ROI
The ratio of program costs and cash benefits. Clear calculation of ROI.
