Supervision


Soft skills development programs are significantly more effective if 1 month after the training the supervision process starts. During supervisions, we resolve potential dilemmas and challenges arising in the work environment in the process of work or management. The key here is that the content is brought by the employees (working on real problems from the work environment).
Supervisions usually follow programs such as successful leadership, effective communication, stress management, time management, negotiation and other skills programs. It is a process where the coach facilitates the exchange of experience between employees in introducing new skills into their daily work.
With supervisions, we encourage peer-to-peer cooperation between employees that strengthens cooperation. Therefore, this type of supervision in working environments often turns into a regular monthly meetings conducted by the leaders themselves or with the support of the HR department.
How does supervision work?
3-6 Supervisions
After completing the training, I recommend at least 3-6 supervisions, which will help consolidate knowledge and increase the added value of the training.
Live and/or Online
Supervision can be performed live and/or online in a group of up to 15 people.
3-4 Teaching Hours
It consists of 3-4 teaching hours (as agreed with the client).
